Community-led treasury
Delegating strategic decisions back to the people who hold the collection.
Community building is a key stage in the development of any strong NFT project. The next step we want to implement is delegating some strategic decision-making to ecosystem participants. After the mint, a proposal to create a separate treasury wallet will be put to the first vote.
Proposed funding structure: 17.5% of the total mint supply to the project treasury · 12.5% for reinvestment in promising projects, partnerships and relationships with leading NFT projects · 5.5% royalties from secondary sales for long-term treasury replenishment.
All decisions will be made exclusively by community voting. We expect some participants to take responsibility for strategic management, project development, and resource allocation for the benefit of the entire ecosystem. The project is managed not only by the team, but by the community - deciding together.

Midnight Degens Club is a derivative collection based on two projects: NPC + Doodles. 10,000 NFTs in a new look with a completely new style, finished by hand in Adobe Illustrator, ensuring the highest quality for each piece.
Thanks to new technologies and the opportunities offered by the Doodles Factory project, we will be able to create physical products. To get there we follow one formula: Art → Strong community → Developers & team → Opportunities → A project ready to offer a new perspective on implementation.

No strong project emerged "out of thin air." CryptoPunks set the standard for digital collections. Bored Ape Yacht Club transformed NFTs into a community and a brand. Azuki combined anime aesthetics, community, and contemporary design.
Each of them took existing ideas and improved them, adding their own vision. This is the value of art: not to copy, but to create something new based on what already exists.
